This is yet another section that helps the Library in fulfilling its outreach objectives with the community. The section has a small library comprised of computers and print information resources mainly on America. It, among others, advises patrons on the education opportunities available in America and holds other activities celebrating the American culture. Mzuzu University American Corner was officially opened by the Ambassador of the United States of American on 24 October 2005. It has about 230 registered non-university members The American Corner Library Coordinator is responsible for its activities.
